@lewis_una, I now have a routine that will be standard in my apps to check for app config changes so that if the config is changed from the phone app, the watch app picks up the change and an app restart isn’t required for it to take effect. My routine is working reliably and changes take effect within one minute or less. Something that a running app can subscribe to would be preferable if possible.
